Not your typical cheesecake but just as delicious.
Quesadilla Cheesecake
Ingredients
- 2 rolls croissants Pillsbury, in the dairy section at the grocery
- 2 8-oz pkg cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 stick butter
- 2 tsp cinnamon and sugar mixed approximately
Instructions
- Roll 1 package of croissants on to a greased pan. This will form the bottom layer.
- Mix cream cheese, butter, vanilla and sugar. Spread on bottom layer of croissants
- Spread 2nd layer of croissants on top
- Melt butter and pour on top, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar to taste
- Bake at 350 for 45min to 1 hour
