Quesadilla Cheesecake

Not your typical cheesecake but just as delicious.

Quesadilla Cheesecake

Ingredients
  

  • 2 rolls croissants Pillsbury, in the dairy section at the grocery
  • 2 8-oz pkg cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 tsp cinnamon and sugar mixed approximately

Instructions
 

  • Roll 1 package of croissants on to a greased pan. This will form the bottom layer.
  • Mix cream cheese, butter, vanilla and sugar. Spread on bottom layer of croissants
  • Spread 2nd layer of croissants on top
  • Melt butter and pour on top, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar to taste
  • Bake at 350 for 45min to 1 hour
